This year, IABC Northeast Ohio is offering numerous ways to have individuals and companies recognized for their communications work and positive impact on our community. The following are just some ways to get our stories out:
Vision in Communication Awards
Think about the great work you've done since January 2013 and prepare it for an entry in our Vision in Communication Awards competition. The site to enter and upload your work will be available June 15. Modeled after the Gold Quill Awards, this will give you the chance to be recognized and receive feedback on your work.
Benefits of Participating
The benefits of participating in the Vision Awards include:
▪ Promoting your skills and value to your organization
▪ Increasing industry awareness of you and your company
▪ Receiving independent feedback on all submitted entries from IABC members who belong to other chapters
▪ Receiving public and peer recognition at the Vision in Communication Awards Ceremony to be held in September
▪ Potentially preparing your entry for the 2016 Gold Quill awards
Entry Fees and Deadlines
▪ Early-Bird (uploaded by July 24): $25 for IABC members; $40 non-members; $25 for students and professionals-in-transition)
▪ After Early-Bird (July 24-July 31): $30 for IABC members; $45 for non-members $30 for students and professionals-in-transition)
▪ Deadline is Friday, July 31, 2015
Nominate a Communicator of the Year and Companies with Vision
The Communicator of the Year award honors an outstanding communicator from Northeast Ohio who epitomizes excellence in our profession, in industry, and in our community.

Company Spotlight Awards
Nominate a local company for a Company Spotlight award, which recognizes a large, small, and non-profit organization for their contributions to our discipline with inspiring work that demonstrates their commitment to our region.
