Shaken Not Stirred: Networking & Crowdsourcing Event October 21

Join IABC Cleveland for our fall networking program at the Biermarketplatz/Speakeasy on 1948 West 25th Street, Ohio City. This event will include a crowdsourcing "program" beginning at 6pm to solicit what attendees think business students should know about communications coming out of school. The crowdsourcing program is hosted by Betsy DuWaldt, Business Practitioner in Communications at the College of Business Administration (CBA) at The University of Akron and IABC Cleveland President.

Betsy's role in the CBA is to help business students improve their written and verbal communication skills so they are better ready to start their careers. She knows what she thinks this new generation of student needs, but it would be helpful to hear others ideas, as well as to hear what those who are new in the workforce need from more seasoned professionals.

This “Shaken Not Stirred” mixer will be Tuesday, October 21 from 5:00 – 7:30 pm at The Bier Market - Speakeasy, Ohio City. The cost is $5; free appetizers and cash bar.
